Quick tip: There are various online services that allow you to send the package from Germany to Switzerland, for example. Our support team will be happy to help you with this.

Delivery times & further information:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and our typical delivery timeframe is 7-10 business days. Depending on your location, you may receive your item much sooner. However, please always refer to the information in the product description. Some products may currently experience longer delivery times.

We have established partnerships with all our shipping carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the stated timeframe. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, incorrect address information, issues with the carrier, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issues for all our customers regarding returns, claims, or lost packages.

If a package is lost, missing, or delivery cannot be confirmed by tracking, we will process a reshipment of the order.
